I literally spent an hour with it just hanging at my side while I rode the bus the rest of the way home. When I got home I fixed it but it still hurts like fuck, it feels like... Fire. The muscle was pulled hard and putting the shoulder back into the socket means the joint was scraped twice in about two hours.
A car had pulled directly in front of the bus and the driver had to stomp on the brakes to avoid an accident. I was standing facing the metal bar and partition that separated the front lower part of the bus from the back where it was elevated and was holding on to the top rail when the driver hit the brakes and me feet actually left the ground. For some reason/miracle I had managed to keep holding on to the rail even while I was thrown into pretty much everyone else.
Scariest part? I was warned about this. If I hadn't been holding on to the rail, which I almost never do by the way, I would've gone face-first into the metal bar.
