Anyone know what the comm is for the LA CreationCon? I really, really want to go to at least one big con like that and LA is closest to me, so I'm aiming for that one. My big hope is, like, to find someone who bought a gold pass and won't be able to go because, really, if I'm going to be using up the only free money I have for a year on something I want the WORKS.

Also, I feel okay thinking about this because right now my idea of splurging is possibly replacing my two-year-old glasses since I'm having issues seeing out of them again.

I mean, really, I don't really do things for me right now except that I spend fifty bucks to get my hair dyed every two or three months and once a year I go to wincon. So if I want to try to spend a ridiculous amount of money to go somewhere and listen to people from TV talk in person and get pictures with them I should be able to.

...Okay, so looking at that maybe I am still trying to justify thinking about it a tiny bit.

I'm kinda worried though because, like, LA is my highly preferred option because it's $140 to fly there and back versus $340 for NJ and $560 for Vancouver. Also, next year Chicago will be the week after WinCon, so that will never happen, because I would either need to fly to and from twice in two weeks or find a way to get ten days off work and still keep my job, which just would not happen.

AUGH, HMOG. I didn't realize I was this Dean in my head. What the fuck ever, ignore everything but the very top part of this post.

So, poor_choices had a reverse drabble meme and my prompt was I would love some Sam/Dean fic involving Dean actually being Batman.

Also, as of four and a half hours from now I will have worked a 58 hour week.

No, not a 58 hour work week, but an actuall 58 hours from Monday till today will have been spent at work.

And then I get to go home and attempt to code the NL without falling asleep with it half-done.

WHY IS IT NOT WINCON YET?

So this one is basically Be Good, but the opposite.

I don't remember a lot, but Sam got cursed to obey Dean and Dean, being Dean, immediately started making Sam, like, go get him soda and stuff, but then they found out that the curse increased whenever it was used and got to the point where, like, it hurt if Sam wasn't doing something?

I'm almost positive it's one fic. Anyone know it?

Anyone know if sanyin archived her fic anywhere? I wanted to read Be Good and realized I haven't saved it to my computer, and have no idea if she ever posted it anywhere that wasn't LJ.

I have the day off because apparently I can't do five days in a row with early wakeup anymore. Luckily, my boss is more awesome than your boss and spent all days yesterday trying to get today off for me (before that I had Saturday off).

So. WIP meme, extra late because I'm lazy. You know the drill, one sentence from each WIP I have (only the ones with words written as a non-outline), no explanations.

...That's a lot. Damn, why isn't facepalmy a mood? Also, this has taken, like, nine hours because I rock like that.

I hate myself right now. I knew there was a reason I never read candle_beck's stuff, but I just couldn't remember why, because she writes so well.

And then I read 55k of Sam/Dean by her and remembered.

IT ALWAYS ENDS IN PAIN. It's usually fitting, but I just cannot handle that nine times out of ten.

Now I'm gonna go cry and read something shiny and fluffy and not painful.

amothea wants to know if any Big Bang authors wants ebooks and/or single-file versions of their fics. She's willing to not only make you ebooks of your fic, but also host them on her webspace if you have no room of your own.

Mom picked me up from work today, brought me my EW magazine, I tell her about the four-page spread we have and how I wanna read but it's spoiler.

I go into the place to put money down on my brace and leave her in the car with my EW.

I come out and she says, AND I QUOTE, "THEY MENTIONED YOU GUYS IN HERE, THEY CALLED YOU WINCESTERS."

And then I FLAILED and said I totally wasn't one, but I knew some. I'm fairly sure, judging from the pretty gay Monaboyd and Orlijah pics still stuck on her wall that I never got around to taking down, and this art by joosetta taped to my wall next to all the other J2 pics and SPN posters, that she knows I was lying though by teeth.

This isn't a BAD thing, per se. Like I've said before, it's not that Mom will freak out, it's that she's going to make fun of me forever now. Ma and CJ kinda love embarrassing me.

Yeah, my family rocks. Also, I share a room with Yussie, and he's used my laptop before, I'm 99.999999999% sure he already knows I write/read Wincest. But he doesn't talk about it the same way I don't talk about the porn I find on accident every time I try to save a picture while on his computer.

I know some of you guys were less than thrilled with some bits of last night's ep. Go read this meta!meta!meta x infinity thing. It may make you fell a tiny bit better.
